"We cannot see the angels, but it is enough that they can see us. There is one great Angel of the Covenant whose eye is always upon us, both day and night. He has a host of holy ones under Him, and He causes these to be watchers over His saints and to guard them from all ill. If devils do us mischief, shining ones do us service.
Note that the Lord of angels does not come and go, and pay us transient visits, but He and His armies encamp around us. Sentineled by the messengers of God, we shall not be surprised by sudden assaults, or swallowed up by overwhelming forces. Deliverance is promised in this verse, deliverance by the great Captain of our salvation. That deliverance we shall obtain again and again until our warfare is accomplished and we exchange the field of conflict for the home of rest."

Lord, we ask in Jesus' precious Name that You will cover each and everyone of Your children with the Covering of His Precious Blood, and put a hedge of Angels around each and everyone of Your children to watch over us, to guard us and keep us safe from all dangers and conflicting situations. We ask that You will place upon us the Helmet of Salvation, The Breast Plate of Righteousness, The Girdle of Truth, The Shoes of the Preperation of the Gospel of Peace, The Shield of Faith that quenches every fiery dart that Satan has to form against us, and the Sword of the Spirit that is the Living Word of God that will stop every demon, devil, evil and wicked spirit, and human that sets out to harm Your children and saints O Lord. Guide us through out the day O Lord, and put it upon our hearts to make the right decision today and not the wrong one that may cause trouble for us. This We ask in Christ Jesus' Precious Name, Amen.
