These people are satisfied. This is a grand thing. Very few of the sons of men are ever satisfied, let their lot be what it may. Only sanctified souls are satisfied souls. God Himself must convert us and content us.
It is no wonder that the Lord's people should be satisfied with the goodness of their Lord. Here is goodness without mixture, mercy without chiding, Love without change, favor without reserve. Please pray this prayer with me this morning. Our father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us for all of our sins, our debts, and our trespasses against You and man, as we forgive those who are indebted to us, and those wh have trespassed against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from all evil: For Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Honor, and the Glory, forever. It is in Christ Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!
