Faith's Checkbook (By: C.H. Spurgeon)

                                 Giving Without A Whisper

"When you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly."
                                                        ~ Matthew 6:3-4

These here are God's secret helpers. Because
they do not ask for anything in return.
"Let us hide away our charity, yes, hide it even from ourselves. Give so often and so much as a matter of course that you no more take note that you have helped the poor than that you have eaten your regular meals. Do your alms without even whispering to yourself, "How generous I am!" Do not attempt to reward yourself so. Leave the matter with God, who never fails to see, to record, and to reward.
Blessed is the man who is busy in secret with his kindness:he finds a special joy in His unknown benevolences. This is the bread which, eaten by stealth, is sweeter than the banquets of kings. How can I indulge myself today with this delightful luxury?
The Lord Himself will personally see to the rewarding of the secret giver of alms. This will be in His own way and time, and He will choose the very best."

  1. GOD SAY'S "IF YOU ANOUNCE TO THE WORLD WHAT GOOD DEEDS YOU HAVE DONE AND THEY GIVE YOU PRAISE FOR THAT DEED, YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR REWARD." SO PLEASE IF YOU WANT GOD TO BEABLE TO GIVE YOU THAT BLESSING FOR THOSE GOOD DEEDS THAT YOU HAVE DONE LET THEM GO UNNOTICED TO MAN, AND SEE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A GREAT BLESSING FROM THE LORD. GOD BLESS YOU, AND KEEP STRONG IN YOUR FAITH. REMEMBER, JESUS IS OUR STEPPING STONE, OUR ROCK, OUR FIRM FOUNDATION TO STAND ON. TRUST IN HIM FOR ALL THINGS, STAND STILL AND WATCH HOW FAST THINGS WILL START TO LOOK UP FOR YOU.
