Rest in All Your Goings
And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."

"Precious promise! Lord, enable me to appropriate it as all my own.
It often happens that when we feel most at home in a place, we are suddenly called away from it. Here is the antidote for this ill. The Lord Himself will keep us company. His presence, which includes His favor, His fellowship, His care, and His power, shall be ever with us in every one of our marchings. If we have God present with us, we have possession of heaven and earth. Go with me, Lord, and command me where You wish!

ReplyDeletePlease pray this prayer with me this morning. Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on Earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us of all our sins, our debts, and our trespasses against You and man, as we forgive those who are indebted to us and those who have trespassed against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from all evil:For Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Honor, and the Glory, forever. It is in Christ Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!
