The Comforter shows us that which He has received of the Lord Jesus. He has a way of opening our minds and of opening the Scriptures, and by this double process He sets forth our Lord to us. He shows us the things themselves and this is a great privilege.
Let us seek the illumination of the Spirit, not to gratify our curiosity, or to bring personal comfort, but to glorify the Lord Jesus. Oh, to have worthy ideas of Him; to have such vivid impressions of His person, work, and glory that we may with heart and soul cry out His praise! Thank You Lord, for the Everything that You have put in our lives, so that we can better ourselves. Thank You Lord, for giving us protection, and comfort when we need it. Thank You for the blood that You place over us to keep us hiden from the enemy. Thank you for keeping us in Your secret hiding place, so that the enemy cannot come seeking to harm us. We just give You all the Honor and Praise that You are so deserving of. Thank you Lord for bring us out of our Egypt and into Your promise lands.Thank You for not giving up on us and for not destroying us all over again when we were covered in sin.Thank You for loving us so much that You have given us all a second chance to be able to change our lives around for the better.This we pray and receive it in Christ Jesus Precious Name, Amen!
